Eligibility for Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and unopened.
  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

Please note: Due to the nature of our health and beauty products (body oils), we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original, sealed condition, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Do not send your item back to us without first contacting us and receiving a return authorization and prepaid shipping label.

Return Shipping

Exvolix LLC will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns. A prepaid shipping label will be provided to you once your return is authorized.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification to confirm its receipt and to let you know the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The actual timeframe for the credit to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

There is no restocking fee for returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect all products before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

For the fastest and most efficient service, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return your original purchase for a refund (following the steps above) and then place a new order for the item you would like.
