- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping Only
Exvolix LLC currently ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to destinations within the contiguous United States.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your package’s journey directly on the shipping carrier’s website.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. Exvolix LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, we may contact you for an updated address and additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Exvolix LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier and your local post office. We recommend waiting 24-48 hours after the indicated delivery time, as packages can sometimes be marked as delivered prematurely.
